    Default need answers

    I am new don't kill me. I have an 8GB iPhone 2G. I have upgraded to 3.0. It is not unlocked. Can I unlock it to use on T moble. I just want to use phone and mp3 and some apps and not to go on internet will this work? Would I be able to go on the internet or would I need a plan from T moble. I am using Vista home on my laptop.

    Yup sure can. Look on the News page here (home page) there is a thread about "Redsnow" to unlock/jailbreak it.

    Or run pwnage tool Dev-Team Blog to download it and install a custom firmware which has the unlock, jailbreak and activation all in one.
