Caller ID photos

So you know on the iPhone adds on TV, when someone calls, the regular wallpaper appears, and a small picture of the person who is calling shows up in the upper right hand corner. How do you make your phone do that? When someone in my contacts calls me, all I get is a huge picture of them that fills my entire screen. What gives. Someone help!

If you want a small caller ID picture, you have to add the picture through address book or Outlook, etc...

If you add it through the iPhone, it'll be a big picture.
