ahhh! had to re-install windows

earlier i was worried that if updating to 3.0 then i would lose my contacts off the phone

now ive had to reinstall windows due to getting the blue screen! (this wasnt related to the 3.0 update or anything!)

i now need to know is it possible to transfer the data from my iphone to my comp? contacts and ipod being the most important!

also if i DL itunes from the apple website then im guessing it will be v8.2?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

yup, when you sync with iTunes everything will be there on your computer.

if i hook the phone up and then sync, wont it wipe the phone cos theres nothing on my itunes?
