Thread: SSH with iPhone & WinSCP

  1. #1
    Default SSH with iPhone & WinSCP
    Ever since jailbreaking with 3.0, I get this error:

    Command 'groups'
    failed with return code 127 and error message
    -sh: line 30: groups: command not found.
    Anyone else getting this? SSH still works, but this error pops up everytime.

    I'm having a network error when I attempt to connect to WinSCP. Hasn't done that until I installed 3.0

    Edit: Suddenly, this problem has stopped after installing SBSettings. Weird. Everything works nicely now. Just make sure you install every single odd n end asked for as an upgrade in cydia.

    -sh: line 30: groups: command not found.
    The error can be avoided in WinSCP by disabling:
    Environment-> SCP-> Lookup user groups

    No it doesn't. If you read the post by DJ Bless One
    SSH still works, but this error pops up everytime.
    This means he already installed OpenSSH, otherwise he would not have been able to connect. I had the same problem and I had installed OpenSSH. Unchecking "Look up user Group" in WinSCP will resolve the problem.
