Picture icon does not appear in messeges tab?
i have an iphone 1st gen and i recently updated it to the new 3.0 (7a341) because i wanted to send pictures directly through the i phone messages application as i seen it on youtube you can send pictures directly using the i phone's own messages app.
By the way the guy i saw sending pictures had 3.0 (259g) firmware

If you are in the United States with AT&T, then you shouldn't have it enabled. AT&T is bringing to iPhone users for free at the end of the Summer.

It's not available for the 2G iPhone. Also like Numberzz said, AT&T is releasing MMS at the end of summer for 3G and 3GS phones.
