My wifi quit working on me recently came back then went out again so i read online and they say its ever since 2.21 firmware the wifi chip overheats...so i figuring apple knows its there faults and should give me a new one...

But my 2 questions are:

1- if i fully restore can they tell if i ever jailbroke my phone?

2- where are the things to tell if it got wet? id like to see what mine looks like...

1. I have restored my iphone after it was jailbroken and unlocked, and they switched it out for my at the apple store, so I don't think they can tell or atleast they don't look hard enough when switching out your phone.

2. there are 4 water damage indicators that I know of and seen.
1. bottom of the head phone jack.
(you can see it if you look straight down the jack)
2. bottom side of where you plug in the charger.
3. and 4. are both on the inside of the phone,
between the screen and the circuit board.

and of course, they are white, if you see any pink that means they have been exposed to moisture.
