Strange Problem With Icons On Newly Jailbroken

Alright, so I jailbroke my 2g iPhone for the second time (previously done shortly before and undone for the 2.0 update) today with Redsn0w (3.0) and installed Cydia. While installing Winterboard (after installing Cycorder), my phone froze. I restarted the phone, but immediately realized that the icons for Cycorder, Winterboard, and Cydia had been changed to those of recently deleted applications. After checking the icons using iPhone Browser, I came to the discovery that they're still the default icons... and I can't figure out what to do to get them back. I uninstalled Cycorder and Winterboard to get them back to normal, but I don't know what to do with Cydia..... and it has a really annoying icon (Virtual Villagers 2: Lite).
