Winterboard causing a weird problem

When i went to install Supreme Preferences it installed Winterboard along with it, didnt bother me an, excpet that its causing a problem when i rearrange my icons. When i go to move an icon, it lags. When i uninstall winterboard (along with supreme preferences) the rearrangement of icons goes back to normal (no lag). Anyone else noice this or know what could be causing it?

when i use a theme, my statusbar disappears completely until i launch an app, so im just not going to use a theme for now until winterboards gets updated to work with the statusbar
