So yesterday I swapped my old iPhone 3g with my 3gs bybudibg my brothers upgrade elegibility but now I want to give him my old phone without using the data plan---I installed boss prefs and disabled 3g and edge but the account info days hid phone is an iPhone ---will I get billed?

Call AT&T tell them you want to remove iPhone Data Plan and they will.

I upgraded my sisters line to 3GS yesterday and as soon as I got home I was able to remove the iPhone data plan from her line by doing that and i'm now using her 3GS on my $30 unlimited media net/text msg plan
