Help(about Cycorder)

so i updated my phone to the new 3.0 and i forgot about my videos on the cycorder now i lost them all
can anyone please tell me if there is way to get it back

I'm unsure about this but if i may, I wish to add a question as well.How do we go about transferring the videos from Cycorder to our computer ? or to youtube now that we have access via 3.0
