    Default Upgrade...HELP

    My friend upgraded to 3.0 today, but he was using iNav before he did. You can see where this is going.

    How does he get his apps back? He's missing practically everything. He's got a PC, so does he just have to wait for jailbreak for Windows to come out before he can fix it? But even then, Cydia will be hidden.

    What can he do besides restoring his phone and wiping it clean if there is anything he can do?

    I also forgot to remove Free Memory from SBSettings' dock when I upgraded so I'd like to know how to get that back.
    Does this rag smell like chloroform to you?
