So I just got the 3gs, and I can't change the wallpaper. The current wallpaper is one I had on my old phone when it was jailbroken, and it must have persisted through my backup...
Anything I can do to change it? (Anything, short of completely restoring?)

I don't get it... your 3Gs is not jailbroken so you can't have custom backgrounds. The only way to change your lock screen is going to settings.. wallpaper.. and select the new one.

Exactly. The lockscreen wallpaper won't change no matter what picture I try, and the current background is one that isn't even on my phone, but was on a different phone that was jailbroken.
