iTunes Voice Control. 3G S Feature or 3.0 Feature?

Hey, I haven't been able to find information on this, but the Voice Control feature of the iPhone thats supposed to be coming out (Control iTunes, make calls, etc).

Is that a 3G S feature or a 3.0 Feature (meaning any iPhone with 3.0 firmware can do it).

It is only for the 3GS right now, but you can bet it will be ported for the other phones.

If Apple is concerned about safety while driving, then they will add it to the other iphones.

There are apps that do this already as far as dialing goes. Saywho and Saywhere.

But I like the iTunes control part. So handy. Now if there was an application that linked the voice control feature with the bluetooth of my car, that'd be cool.
