    Default Rogers WILL subsidize phones for those eligible July-Sept !

    Just got off the phone with Rogers, apparently a similar memo to that of ATT allowing clients who were eligible for upgrades in july to september will be allowed to upgrade tomorrow to the 3gs with some sort of subsidy, though he couldnt confirm whether it woul dbe the 199$/299$ pricing, or a higher yet discounted price

    good news since ive been trying to figure out a way not to pay 800$ for the bloody thing!
