How do I send picture messages?

Ok I just got 3.0 and I don't see how you send picture message. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Try restarting, then look to the left of the text box and you will see a little camera - from there you can choose to take a photo or use an existing one and insert, type and send away...

What the hell could take them 2 freaking months to do this?! I mean, I know they have to remove the opt-out code or whatever from a few million people's accounts, but don't they have quite a few people doing this? And how long does it take to do each one?

3unblock code if 1 and 2 or positive

Why don't I see that camera icon on my SMS screen? I realize AT&T won't have mms till august but shouldn't I still see that camera icon?

I noticed that some people on 3.0 still have AT&T 4.0 while others now have AT&T 5.0 (which gives you MMS - although disabled).

Seems that iTunes didn't ask everyone to update their carrier settings...

Ok I never heard of AT&T 4 or AT&T 5? I have no clue. Can someone explain? How can I update to my latest carrier settings?

Go to: Settings/General/About and scroll down to Carrier.

I would be willing to bet that yours says 4.0, where mine says 5.0 and I have the camera.

You should be able to just plug it into iTunes and you should get a pop up that says "want to update your carrier settings?"

Your correct! Mine does say 4! I will go to iTunes now and see if I can get it to update.

Well I just went back into iTunes and sync and my AT&T carrier version still shows 4. I guess there is no way to change it to 5?

I've been away from home for awhile (Vacation) and I have some catching up to do

owensdus - does that mean everyone who upgraded to firmware 3.0 that has t-mobile, verizone, etc anything not at&t can already use the mms feature?

Also, I have the 1st 8gb regular iPhone. I plan on buying the iPhone 3g s tonight and picking it up at the store tomorrow. My plan is going to charge me $10 more for every month (since before they charged 3g people $5 to upgrade, so I'm assuming this is another $5 for the 3g s). Will this $10 include MMS? Like I just don't want to have to pay for it for the future and have it be some sneaky thing.
