First update

Any one have any info or guesses about when the first update will be? Also, what do you think will be in the first update?

Just a guess, but I think it will come July 12 because when the iPhone is connected to iTunes, it says that iTunes will automatically check for updates on the 12th. I don't know though. It is just a guess.

It always says it will check for updates 5 days past the current date.

sometime before apple release leopard, but they moved the release of leopard to sometime in october, so anytime before then i guess.

I think it will be sooner. My bet is around the time they announce Europe's introduction, which I think will be soon. The reason is that it will help carry on the buzz about the phone. Especially if they have some new features that they can add.

is the iphone that is going to be released in europe going to be any different from the one in the US?

The general consensus is that the European release will incorporate 3G.

Then hopefully they work on a new battery, cuz with 3G and the current battery....it wouldn't be pretty.
