iPhone 3.0 upgrade help!

I restored and now my itunes says "We could not comeplete your itunes request. The network connection time out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again." Anyone having the same issue?

I had this issue as well. I tried it on 3 different computers to no success. I gave up, came back an hour later after restarting my computer, and iphone and then it worked. So just keep trying, it will activate eventually.
