syncing apps help

is there a way i can pick which apps I want to go on my phone. I dont want all of my apps from my phone to always be on my computer, but everytime i try to sync, itunes says I have to delete anything on my phone thats not on the computer.

In iTunes, simply put a check by which apps you want to sync to your phone. All your apps will still be in iTunes if you choose to add them later.
