so this is the first time ive seen this screen

happens to be on the night of 3.......

but i already have 3.0 and im on rogers and MMS works, so what is it gonna do?

should i update it?

Yea, I can't tell a difference I don't think it does much of anything.

Carrier settings are safe to download. They are tweaks to your carriers services ie *225#(bill balance), *729 (pay my bill) etc etc. You can check it out on apples website.

ya they just add a few att logos if you travel out of country, no risk to jailbreak
