Man... i thought everyone knew how to do that already haha.. I could have made a better tutorial.. here it is..

1. Download 3.0 Version 7A341 for your device (by becoming a developer or.. by googling)

2. Open iTunes 8.2 with your device connected.

3. Hold option (Shift on windows).. Click restore.

4. select the firmware..

Bam done.. Welcome to 3.0.

Short sweet to the point.. maybe doesn't have the imovie effects or dumb music.. but it works
