Visual voicemail stopped working

Hey guys and gals, just wondering if anyone ever had this problem or knows of a solution. My wifes phone doesn't download messages to the visual voicemail after a message is left. Usually she won't get it for 2 days. Now if she calls her phone to check messages as soon as they begin playing the phone will then see them. I'm not sure if there are any settings to change this or what. She has a 3g running 2.2.1 jailbroken, it used to work and stopped a couple weeks ago. Thanks.

ok, ill just install 3.0 when she gets home today and hope for the best.
