Iphone 3g 16gb, touch sensitivity going away randomly...

I have a 3 day old Iphone 3g 16gb, the day I got it I put 3.0 GM on it. My other 8gb 3g with 3.0 was fine, so are 3 other 3gs I put 3.0 on, but my 16gb, randomly, maybe 2 or 3 times a day, the touch screen stops detecting touch. In the middle of some apps or while txting. I did put the ATT_ipcc file on it as well.

All I have to do is lock the phone and unlock it immediately after and its fine, so software would be my first guess but Im curious if anyone else had this issue and how it was resolved, otherwise I have 2 weeks to exchange it for another one at best buy.

I was afraid that would be the response hahaha. I bought the 8gb 2 weeks ago, price dropped a few days later, went to get $100 refund since my 8gn was now $99... they said I could get $50 and a 16gb if I wanted since those dropped to $149. So I did that, then this happens a week later.... haha 3 iphones, 2 weeks... fun
