ok so listen up...since i need a 700 dollar deposit in order to open a line wit att(terrible credit) we decided to add a phone to my gf's family plan...

well i paid them their 300 bucks for the 32gb iphone 3gs...well they ask who will be picking it up...me or her...i said me...so they put the pick up under my name and everything...she said just bring the recipe and ID...

now wait a mudda fluckkin minute...

when they give me my phone...and i walk out a there...what if i decide not to activiate!?!?!?!

they didnt add any number, name, bills or amounts to her contract yet...they just said ok its 300 bucks come get it at 7am...WTF!?!?!?!?!...they are just trusting ill put it on her contract!?!?!?(which i am) but still...i feel like maybe i should go buy a couple more!!!

im just wondering how you guys think this will turn out...i dont really wanna call att and bring up this loop hole(if it truley is one) and have them play me and screw myself...cuz if i really think itll work like i think...i seriously will go buy like 3 more!

They won't let you pick it up without adding a new # and paying for and picking your plan.

but thats the thing...they gave us the option of whos picking it up! they know im going on her plan...so why are they allowing ME to pick it up? shouldnt she be required to be there?

OMG..

i told him i wasnt put on any account yet so how can i get the phone friday under my name (which its ordered under) if i cant start/dont have an account yet...he said if its in my name then its mine, they cant take it from me and if the person who im getting the line on isnt present during pick up then i can still activate the phone at home via iTunes....WOW......wow wow wow...

he said i will need her info to activate it but it can be done from home...
