2g sim question

i have a brand new (refurbished )8Gb iphone 2G that is in virgin condition that is going up for sale..

1) whats it worth?

2) I know it will work with o2 PAYG and o2 simplicity, but will it work with an exiting o2 contract sim taken out of another phone?

3) i could unlock would this add or remove value to my first question?

1. No idea but I would guess somewhere between $0 and $1 billion. I am bad at guessing.

2. Yes, if you unlock it.

3. Unlocking it is free, but it does raise value for people who aren't technologically savvy. Either way, relocking it takes a single click of the "Restore" button in iTunes.

in my opinion unlocking always increases the price--

its a "look at me" feature
thats what i had on my old one
