I'm screwed! Please help restore my iTunes!!!

Ok, my girl broke up with me and I have no access to my home computer. I only have my iPhone now, is there any way to, I guess, reverse sync my iPhone, so that I can have all my music off of my phone and all my apps on iTunes on my new laptop? Just cuz I lost my girlfriend doesn't mean my iPhone should have to suffer :-)

What OS are you using (Mac or Windows)? There are programs out there that'll allow you to transfer music from the iPhone/Pod to a computer.

With regards to Apps were the downloaded from your iTunes account? If so you only need to log-on to it with the new computer.
