sms tones

Guys can you help please, I am trying to use a msm tone not on my iphone but cant find a simple instructions to do this, also a ring tone, I have these songs or tones in my itunes library , I have Fugu installed, now just need to install the songs and sms tones I want to use. I am also reading about backing up orginal ones from the iphone incase things go wrong , and to create folders to look for them easy like for example, using customized icons etc. but how do I do this??. sorry if long winded but need the help. Oh one other thing is there an app for sending songs to others,? many thanks guys
