How to install from computer windows baset
how do i install apps and thems from windows vista using itunes
is it poseble ore do i need mac computer for that ???
im nobie in mac iphone sytem

First thing you will need to do is jailbreak it. There are a ton of threads on themeing.

Apps from iTunes can just be installed - no need to jailbreak for that, just install iTunes on your PC and buy the apps you want and synch to your phone.
Themes are not available from Apple and to theme your phone you do need to jailbreak.

i have jail brake it budt i think apps from cydia isent verry good budt i foundt som online budt i dont now how to gedt them to the phone
