i keep getting this after every text i send...

anyone know how to stop this or what it is?

Who's your provider? Is the phone producing this text or is it a response from the provider? How long as this been going on? What apps have you recently installed.... etc etc etc

Strange that it only shows the time to the minute, not the second, but it looks to me like a carriers response showing their message ID, the fact that it was delivered OK, the date and time sent, when it was actually done and the fact that there was no error.
