Thinking of selling iPhone 3G 16GB

I'd like to know a price range I can ask for. The ring switch is broke, it's fixable if you know what you're doing. And there's a small scratch on the camera. Other than that the screen has no scratches but just maybe 2 peices of dust underneath it. Basic wear scratches on the back. I was going to ask for $200 so I can get just a basic phone. Is that asking too much?
