Mail and Phone Icon Issue
Under the Mail and Phone icon..there are 2 circles
the two circles are the same icon as the "loading apple circle"

This is an effect by "Backgrounder", there was an update that allowed you to disable it.
May I also suggest that there is a search area in the upper right hand corner of this page. This topic has been discussed in about 10 threads.

You can ssh to the Backgrounder folder and delete the badge.png
