Cracked IPA's or Jailbreaking/Unlocking... can it pose a security risk?
Not that I am condoning using cracked IPA's... but couldn't they have some type of hidden coding installed that would transmit your personal data or cellular info?
For that matter... couldn't installing stuff for a jailbroken iPhone do the same thing?

I pay for my apps so I know they work without requiring a jailbroken iPhone. And secondly we don't support cracked apps here.

I wasn't asking whether you condone cracked apps or not. I was asking whether there has been report of any malicious code in anything cracked or jailbroken?

Thing is, we don't support cracked apps AT ALL.

Cracked apps could contain malicious code. As could pwning which is why I would only trust a quickpwn from the dev team and not from quickpwn.com
He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.
