    PNGs on iPhones and iPod Touches are encrypted. I believe that the only way to fix them is through a Mac and using this guide:

    If you want to download photos taken with the camera, I'm pretty sure that Vista should recognize the iPod as a media device so you can just go through Computer>iPod Name>Internetal Storage>DCIM>100APPLE
