Hey Guys, over the past few days, I have noticed a strange 'pop up' for lack of a better term. there is a yellow ! an it usually has either 9 or 10%, followed by some chinese looking characters... Any idea what this could be and how to make it stop?

I don't know if it's part of an app or what.. But it's getting annoying when it pops up.
