Cydia / download alternatives?

Hello everyone, well, my iPhone just decided to blow out on me one day. Dead pixels started appearing (long streaks of it) and my wifi stopped working. I did everything including restoring/redoing my iPhone and my wifi still isn't fixed. So I have lost everything and was wondering if there are any alternatives to downloading material online from my computer and transferring it to my iphone through a certain program. For example, I would love to have winterboard back but I can't download it off cydia because I can't connect to my wifi. Thanks in advance!
2g iphone, 2.2 firmware. Unlocked and Jailbroken with quickpwn.
