Does having a 3.0 BB void 3G warrantee?
Mine 3G's backlight isnt working, and I am afraid I may need to send it in to Apple. The only problem is that I have been testing the betas of 3.0 on it resulting in a 4.26.08 BB. Is my warrantee still valid?

When you do the downgrade to 2.2.1 you can try to downgrade the baseband: Baseband Downgrader
I have heard of a lot of people that have gotten refused warranty service from running 3.0. But everyone I heard was running 3.0 when they entered the Apple store. I have not heard of someone who was running 2.2.1 and Apple checked the baseband and refused service. Good luck!

Ya they usually wont check the baseband......but if they notice 3.0, you will be refused.
