App problem

So I had this problem before and I restored my phone but it just randomly did it again. First off although the no undocked and docked labels is unchecked in wb...they still don't show up. Also if I hold down on the apps the x doesn't pop up in the corner for me to delete them. Please help

not sure why your dock icons are invisible unless they are in a categories folder.
and for the X, if you have that Lock program or whatever from cydia, and you had the option to stop apps from being deleted, you need to uncheck it.
