How Can I Get Rid Of Annoying Sounds?
Hey guys! How do I get rid of all those annoying beeps and sounds from the iphone? For example, I don't like the beeps when I sync my iphone to the PC. Also, I don't like the beeping when I key something in the keyboard while in Cydia, looking up stuff. How can I get rid of these sounds?

to turn of the keyboard there is a setting in 'sounds' in the 'settings' app. (keyboard clicks) as for the syncing noise, thats your computer, mute it. Also the _silent' button on the side removes most if these 'annoying sounds' (ex. keyboard, camera, mail)

alek, thanks for the reply. The sound when I sync my iphone to the PC really comes from the iphone, not the PC. How do I turn that off?
And, you suggested to use the the silent button to turn off all sounds. But this turns off the ringtone also, which I need in case someone calls. Is there a way that you know of where I can edit and turn off specific sounds in the file system? I really hate the camera clicking and iphone-PC sync sound. Thanks.

settings > sounds > keyboard clicks
as for the pc-connect-thingy ... you would have to delete that from the iphone itself. I guess it lies in /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app
do your connect your iphone all day that it really matters?
