Help!! Need to install terminal & ssh without wifi

Hi guys, my wifi is damaged, so is there anyway i can install OpenSSH and the Terminal without Cydia?, If i get OpenSSH working i could connect to the internet with my USB Cable and then install all the other stuff, but right now im lost!!
