BACKUP Problems - Specificly NOTES

Could some PLEASE tell me how to properly back up my iPhone NOTES? I thought this was an automatic function with Outlook, but apparently NOT. (dammit )

Thanks to Apple, another one of the many deficiencies of this great but crippled iPhone. Hence my love-hate relationship.

iTunes will backup Notes (and everything else) during the sync, but it does NOT sync Notes with Outlook. There are numerous other ways to get the notes database off the phone and to a computer for backup ... but not for Outlook sync'ing.

I tried several Notes sync/backup apps ... but was never satisfied. My solution ... live with the limitation. (Ugggg

Unfortunatly it didn't backuop properly for me last time when I had to do a restart from scratch and I lost a crapload of info, pics and vids. To say I am pissed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel toward Apple right now.
