Internet Stops?!

hi, i was downloading Need for Speed Undercover as an ipa on my iphone and it starts and when it reaches 67%, the internet stops and it tells me download error- no internet connection. so y does the internet stop suddenly. and if i download the ipa on my laptop which file should i put it in if i ssh

in general internet (wifi can drop out), like when the iPhone locks etc, you can download a SBSettings's plugin called Keep Awake, which keeps connections open.
