cheeky wifi network question

my ipod is modded and crankin along nicely thank you all for good tutorials!

my question,

if i was to log onto an unsecure wifi connection, do they know im there? and do they know what im doing? :P

weldone for finding an unsecure network

yes they can see you
all they have to do is check connections list.
but there's a small chance of that unless they get suspicious about the speed suddenly dropping.
