ipod touch/iphone, apps, itunes account ?

toys: iPhone, nano and iPod touch 2nd gen
1 itunes account 150 purchased apps and 200 songs.
2 seperate computers

I just bought my wife a touch.
I want to be able to share my apps with her but we do not share the same computer. i am forbidding to use hers unless I am updating or repairing it.

If I sync her touch to my laptop will the apps transfer to her computer?

I know this is clear as mud but essentially I want to be able to use th 1 itunes account on two computers / two seperate devices.

Yeah, you can authorize up to 5 PC's on 1 itunes account. You just have to make sure your itunes information is in itunes on her comp.
