How much is it worth?

Hey I could get a iPhone 1st gen for a good price...the body is mint and the screen is too. What I'm wondering is how much it's worth...the downfall is that the screen is dim...it barely lights up. I'd basically be buying it to flip and would like to know what it's worth. Works perfect makes calls and everything just doesn't light up bright at all

If the LEDs on the LCD arent working then to fix it your looking at replacing the entire screen assembly....cause on a 2g you cant replace just the LCD.

I wouldnt give very much for it in that condition. The screen assembly is almost $150 for the part.

Personally, for me $50....unless I really needed the mainboard for something else. Cause the part to make it working is gonna add $150 to it.
