3.0 beta 4+sim unlock

I searched around here and didn't see any threads pertaining to the 3.0 beta(specifically beta4) and what sim unlocks work with it.

I have a Gevey plus2 that worked with 3.0b4 on 04.22.01 but now it's not working with the 04.26.04 I'm stuck, but figured everyone else could benefit from a list of known working sim cards.

i.e;

8g 3g
3.0b4 Quickpwn JB'ed
04.22.01 Modem Firmware

Worked with Gevey Plus2 sim for T-Mobile in the U.S.

Somehow my phone is now on the 04.26.04 Modem Firmware and my Gevey DOES NOT work with this.(Be warned)

Wow, so am I the only one running a 3.0bx unlocked? Or was unlocked atleast? i'm considering just trying to downgrade back to 2.2 to get it up and running again...

So far I still haven't found any that will work, plus we need to think about the next beta(beta5) changing the FW again and then whatever sim adaptor we found that worked for beta4 might not work with beta5....

There is no way to downgrade your baseband at this time. You're stuck.

Sorry I didn't update this thread last night, was too depressed, it won't work for my since my bl is 5.9. I'm trying to find someone local to trade me for a 5.8 so I can give it another go. Does anyone have a sim adaptor working on a 3.0beta. or am I alone on this?

Just a quick background on how I got stuck with this so nobody thinks I'm an idiot; I bought a phone off of craigslist for really cheap since it was stuck on the iTunes screen. I figured someone bricked it and I could just save/restore it and be good, which was true to an extent. I found out my FW was 04.22.01 which means he tried to upgrade to the 3.0 beta. I went out and bought a gevey plus2 that was said to work with 04.22.01 and it did, but I figured if I'm already on that FW I might as well enjoy 3.0. I upgraded it and somehow it was built into that ipsw to upgrade to FW 04.26.04 and thats where I am stuck at now. Would work perfectly with AT&T, but not on T-Mobile with any sim adaptor from what I have found...

What's a hoax? the program? I can verify that it isn't, I used it last night. Only problem is that my bl is 5.9 and it won't work for me on that bl...

^ I can assure you the tool is very real and I will be posting the moment I get back home. It should be up in the unlocking section by 7:00 CST. I'm not a person to just post a link and then say good luck, google it. I am writing proper instructions for the tool. If I just posted the files, you wouldn't know what to do with them or you might end up with a messed up or missing baseband. Keep a look out in the unlocking section.

So this tool is like the similar BB downgrades from before that require BL 5.8?

Sad that it won't work for me (not that I need it), but great work regardless.
