Is there a way to stop scrolling on the springboard?

i was in the middle of making a theme and i had a power cut and the last save i did was after i modifyed some text and images, but lets get to the point
i lost the psd file so i make page icons called page0, page1, page2, page3, page4 and page5 but when i put it on the phone the scrolling looked horrible and i ont like it so i was wondering is there a way to stop you from scrolling left and right on the springboard?
