Stupid stupid stupid (idiot me...)
I can't believe what a stupid jackass I am.
Don't ask me why, but I got the idiot idea to upgrade to 2.2.1 and re-jailbreak my phone.
Idiot me used the cydia app to supposedly back up my apps, but I can't remember the apps name, and I can't restore my cydia apps.
Idiot me can't restore my Cycorder videos.
If you know how I may have actually backed up my cydia files, and how I might restore them, I would be infinitely grateful.

You used AppBackup. Your cycorder videos are gone for good though.
