Yes. Re-do it from a computer there in the store. There was an issue when it first rolled out.[r a y n e]

they said it hasnt been used, it just has a balance of $0

So i went to the store and after being there 2 days in a row they recognize me and the manager credited me the $100 and I got the Canon MX310 (my other printer crapped out on me when i was trying to print a paper for school) And plus its nice to have one with all of the papers and crap I have to print out while im in college

I'd hardly call it fraud; it's a glitch in the system, not a conscious attempt to steal back anyone's credit.
