I've seen this issue after I installed MyBattery app from Cidya. I went down on my knees and I felt tears coming out of my eyes. I was so happy I thought I will become a millionaire my device is unique. It’s a source of energy. But when I saw this post my hart broke. I’m poor again . I had MyBattery installed bofore upgrading to 3.0 but was not showing up on the springboard so i reinstalled after upgrading . Not sure if its that speciffic app or a combination of that one and others that i have but i can say right after i installed the problem started happening.

the clown modified SpringboardStrings.plist haha hence why the dismiss is f-ed up

Mine did that once on my 3GS going to rum batts low again still at 89% see if it happpens again
