Looking for file editing programs,
Does anyone know GOOD programs for editing .strings .plist and .css files? I'm running windows XP.

Google it, it's called pledit. May be a link on this site you can do a search.

pledit is not free, but you can use a free trial PLEdit Free Download and Reviews - Fileforum

I don't use a windows box, so I'm not sure how well that second one works.

I just downloaded it, I will let you know.
I use the free version of pledit and it has become a great tool for me.
