Slide to unlock?

This only happens when my mom calls me. My iPhone will be in sleep mode,she calls me,I go to slide to unlock the phone to answer her call,and nothing. It does not work. Even if the phone is not in sleep mode,I try to accept the call and it will not let me pick up. I have to wait until she hangs up and then call her back. I am jailbroken and firmware is up to date. Any ideas on what I might be able to do to fix this? Thanks

Try hitting your volume button when you get the call and then answering.
